Man, 46, hospitalized after vehicle crash south of Sandwich

NEAR SANDWICH, IL – A 46-year-old man was sent to the hospital after a vehicle crash that occurred south of Sandwich on Saturday. 

According to the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office, the crash occurred on Rogers Road along Millington Road. Deputies and EMS pulled up to the scene before 6:30 a.m. 

Upon arrival, medical personnel rushed the 46-year-old man to the emergency room for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. 

Deputies have not specified the number of people and vehicles involved or said whether they cited or arrested anyone for their involvement in the crash. 

Deputies are actively working to determine the cause of the collision.
