YORKVILLE, IL – A woman was taken to a hospital after a vehicle collision on the outskirts of Yorkville on Monday.
The Kendall County Sheriff’s Office said the crash occurred before 7 p.m. at the intersection of Route 71 and Van Emmon Road.
EMS said the woman who was hospitalized was treated for injuries deemed potentially non-life-threatening. At this time, her current condition is unknown.
It’s also not immediately clear how many people and vehicles were involved or whether anyone was cited or arrested for their involvement in the collision.
A full investigation remains underway.
